Happy bloggings to me!

Ok, well I'm doing it — I'm starting a blog (or restarting but we won't go there). Hello out there on the web. I'm the founder and the artist behind Shimmer Studio. We just made our debut at the National Stationery Show in New York. I just got back a few days ago and I am still exhausted! The show was fantastic. I met a lot of great people!


I was very lucky and stayed in NYC a few xtra days to hang out and shop with my best friend! We had a great whirlwind of a time. We saw two Broadway shows, Young Frankenstein and Legally Blonde. I loved both shows and they were both a lot of fun. We also made it to the Metropolitan Museum of Art which has the most amazing Egyptian collection I have ever seen! The image below is a column from the Temple of Dendur exhibit. We also somehow found some time for shopping in Soho! I can't wait to go back next year!
